Shahid Rajaei Cardiovascular Medical, Research and Educational Center began its collaboration on clinic management and electronic prescribing in Ordibehesht 1391, as reported in the original article. Integration with the hospital's HIS connected the two systems, and all hospital clinics used the prescribing service. As the first hospital implementation, the project involved challenges. Feedback and suggestions from the center's officials contributed substantially to improving the software.
